Maintenance Plans Offered

The Expert Plan

One of the maintenance plans offered is the Expert Plan, which costs $12 per month and $9 per month for additional units. The plan covers 2 visits per year and 15% discount on jobs. Please see below what the Expert Plan includes:

• Check inside cooling coil, if accessible
• Check primary and secondary drains
• Check outdoor condenser coil for cleanliness
• Check operation pressures for proper refrigerant charge
• Adjust blower components
• Monitor ac cycle
• Monitor voltage & amp draw on all motors
• Check and tighten all loose electrical connections
• Check thermostat for proper operation
• Check air filtration
• Check & test safety controls
• Monitor furnace cycle
• Adjust gas pressure, if needed
• Check for cracked heat exchanger
• Check for gas leak at furnace
• Co2 test performed
• Microbial growth inspection
• Monitor flue draft for safe operation
• Check ignition operation

The Commercial Expert Plan

The second maintenance plan offered is the Commercial Expert Plan that costs $25 per month and $25 per month for additional units. The plan covers 2 visits per year. Please see below what the Commercial Expert Plan includes:
